- Teaware is double-boxed. Kettles and trays are heavier and may cost more to send abroad.
- Orders sent abroad may be charged import duties and taxes on arrival, set by the destination country.
Returns
Unopened teas and unused teaware can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For freshness and hygiene, opened tea can’t be returned. If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we’ll replace it.
